- Inside Skirt: Larger, usually over 2 lbs.

- Petite: Approximately 1 lb.
- Medium: Approximately 1.25 lbs.
- Large: Approximately 2 lbs.
- X-Large: Approximately 2.25 lbs.
- Grande: Approximately 2.5 lbs.
Cooking Suggestions:
- Grilling: Marinate the skirt steak to enhance its natural flavors. Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing thinly against the grain.

Order online to have it delivered right to your door. We ship every Tuesday & Wednesday! This is to guarantee your order won’t be delayed over the weekend and the products arrive at the correct temperature.

Come Out To The Ranch
Come see us & pick up your order. We are open on Fridays from 2-6PM & Saturday 10AM-4PM for people to just stop in. If you can’t make it during those times, just give us a call and we’ll arrange a time that works for you!

We go to the Hyde Park Market on the first Sunday of every month. Either stop by and shop the selection we have at the market, or pre-order in our online store.
