The Shoulder Steak is a great steak on the grill. When cooked hot and fast to a nice medium rare it's a hard steak to beat, especially for the price. The shoulder steak is a lean cut but has a great beef taste.
Four sizes to choose from:
Petite: Approximately 1.0 lb.
Medium: Approximately 1.25 lb.
Large: Approximately 1.5 lbs.
Grande: Approximately 1.75 lbs

Order online to have it delivered right to your door. We ship every Tuesday & Wednesday! This is to guarantee your order won’t be delayed over the weekend and the products arrive at the correct temperature.

Come Out To The Ranch
Come see us & pick up your order. We are open on Fridays from 2-6PM & Saturday 10AM-4PM for people to just stop in. If you can’t make it during those times, just give us a call and we’ll arrange a time that works for you!

We go to the Hyde Park Market on the first Sunday of every month. Either stop by and shop the selection we have at the market, or pre-order in our online store.
