The Tri Tips are a flavorful and versatile cut, also known as the California cut, sourced from the sirloin. This is one of the family’s favorite cuts to cook because it is perfect for smoking or grilling, making it a favorite for family gatherings and friendly get-togethers.

Size Options:

  • Small: Approximately 2 lbs.
  • Medium:> Approximately 2.25 lbs.
  • Large: Approximately 2.5 lbs.
  • X-Large: Approximately 3.0 lbs.

Cooking Suggestions:

  • Grilling: Season the Tri-Tip with coarse sea salt, coarsely ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Grill over indirect heat at around 225°F until the internal temperature reaches 115°F. Then, sear over direct heat until it reaches 130-135°F for medium-rare doneness. Let rest before slicing against the grain for optimal tenderness.
  • Smoking: Apply your preferred dry rub and smoke the Tri-Tip at 225°F until it reaches the desired internal temperature. This method imparts a rich, smoky flavor to the meat.

By selecting our Florida grass fed Tri-Tip, you're not only enjoying a flavorful and tender cut of beef but also supporting sustainable and humane farming practices.
