New York Strips are premium cuts renowned for their rich flavor and tenderness. Sourced from our pasture-raised ranch cattle, these steaks are dry-aged to enhance their natural taste, making them ideal for grilling or pan-searing.

  • Cut Thickness: Each steak is cut to a generous 1.25 inches, ensuring optimal juiciness and flavor.
  • Packaging: Each package includes two (2) New York Strip Steaks.
  • Size Options:
    • Petite: Approximately 1.25 lbs.
    • Medium: Approximately 1.5 lbs.
    • Large: Approximately 1.75 lbs.
    • X-Large: Approximately 2.0 lbs.

Cooking Suggestions:

  • Grilling: Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Pan-Seared: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Add a tablespoon of oil, then sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side. Finish by adding a pat of butter and basting the steaks for enhanced flavor.
  • Oven-Finished: Sear the steaks in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to a preheated oven at 400°F for an additional 5-7 minutes to reach desired doneness.

    Order online to have it delivered right to your door. We ship every Tuesday & Wednesday! This is to guarantee your order won’t be delayed over the weekend and the products arrive at the correct temperature.

  • Come Out To The Ranch

    Come see us & pick up your order. We are open on Fridays from 2-6PM & Saturday 10AM-4PM for people to just stop in. If you can’t make it during those times, just give us a call and we’ll arrange a time that works for you!

  • At the Market

    We go to the Hyde Park Market on the first Sunday of every month. Either stop by and shop the selection we have at the market, or pre-order in our online store.
