We have a variety of sizes to choose from, depending on your cooking preferences! Large is great for broiling in the oven, but the Small and Medium are amazing on the grill- just cook to medium-rare!
Four sizes to choose from:
Small: approximately 1.5 lbs.
Medium: approximately 2 lbs.
Large: approximately 2.25 lbs.
X-Large: approximately 2.5 lbs.

Order Online
Order online to have it delivered right to your door. We ship every Tuesday & Wednesday! This is to guarantee your order won’t be delayed over the weekend and the products arrive at the correct temperature.

Come Out To The Ranch
Come see us & pick up your order. We are open on Fridays from 2-6PM & Saturday 10AM-4PM for people to just stop in. If you can’t make it during those times, just give us a call and we’ll arrange a time that works for you!

At the Market
We go to the Hyde Park Market on the first Sunday & the Mercado Market - Spanish Springs (Villages) the first & third Saturday of every month. Either stop by and shop the selection we have at the market, or pre-order in our online store
