T-Bone Steaks are the little brother to the known Porterhouse Steaks. They are premium cuts that combine the tenderness of filet mignon with the rich flavor of New York strip, separated by a T-shaped bone. Sourced from our pasture-raised cattle, these steaks are dry-aged to enhance their natural taste, making them ideal for grilling or pan-searing.

Cut Thickness: Each T-Bone Steak is cut to a generous 1.25 inches, ensuring optimal juiciness and flavor.

Cooking Suggestions:

Grilling: Season the T-Bone Steaks with salt and pepper, then grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.

Pan-Seared: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Add a tablespoon of oil, then sear the T-Bone Steaks for 3-4 minutes per side. Finish by adding a pat of butter and basting the steaks for enhanced flavor.

Oven-Finished: Sear the T-Bone Steaks in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to a preheated oven at 400°F for an additional 5-7 minutes to reach desired doneness.

Order online to have it delivered right to your door. We ship every Tuesday & Wednesday! This is to guarantee your order won’t be delayed over the weekend and the products arrive at the correct temperature.

Come Out To The Ranch
Come see us & pick up your order. We are open on Fridays from 2-6PM & Saturday 10AM-4PM for people to just stop in. If you can’t make it during those times, just give us a call and we’ll arrange a time that works for you!

We go to the Hyde Park Market on the first Sunday of every month. Either stop by and shop the selection we have at the market, or pre-order in our online store.
