
Sloppy Joe Big Mac done on the Blackstone Grill
If you love Big Macs, Sloppy Joes and cooking on the Flat Grill! You will Love this Recipe! It is simple and great for an evening meal or when you have guests that also love Big Macs!
Yes, you can cook it inside too, on the stove if you would like.
Special Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup French Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Relish
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon very finely chopped onion
- Dash of Salt
Beef Mixture Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds of Riverbend Cattle Company Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cups finely shredded Lettuce
- Sesame Seed Buns
- 1/4 cup chopped Dill Pickles
- Sliced Dill Pickles
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
- American Cheese Slices (Or your favorite cheese slices)
Instructions:
- Brown the Ground Beef on the Grill (or in your pan), get a good Crust on it like you would if you were cooking a burger.
- Add in the 1/4 Cup Chopped onions and cook until soft.
- Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Stir in the Dash of Worcestershire Sauce.
- At this point you could turn off the grill.
- If you would like your buns toasted, place them on the grill. If you want the "middle bun", slice one of the bottom buns in half and use that as your middle bun piece.
- Mix in the 1/4 cup Chopped Dill Pickles
- Mix in at least 1/4 cup or so of the Special Sauce mix, if you need to, add a little more to make it "sloppy".
It's time to build the Sloppy Joe!
- Spread some of the Special Sauce on the bottom bun.
- Top it with some of the shredded lettuce.
- Add the American Cheese Slice
- Top that with a heaping spoonful of the Meat Mixture.
- Add the middle bun and repeat the above steps, without additional cheese, unless you want more cheese on it!
- Spread some of the special sauce on the inside of the top bun and top your Sloppy Joe then Enjoy!
