Ground Beef Stroganoff

This easy and tasty carnivore beef stroganoff recipe is perfect for anyone looking for a simple, protein-packed meal. It’s a great option for those following a carnivore diet or just wanting to try something new.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound Riverbend Cattle Co Ground Beef
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth or Beef Broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Salt  (or your preferred salt)

Instructions:

1. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Use a spatula to break up the clumps. The meat should be lightly browned.

2. Pour in the bone broth, followed by the cream cheese and salt. 

The consistency of your stroganoff sauce is important. You want it creamy and coating the beef, not watery or too thick. When you add the cream cheese, cut it into small cubes first. This helps it melt faster and more evenly.

3. Mix well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the liquids have reduced. Serve and enjoy this tasty carnivore beef stroganoff. 

If your sauce seems too thick, add a little more broth. If it’s too thin, let it simmer a bit longer to reduce.

 After your stroganoff is done cooking, let it sit for a few minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and the sauce to thicken up a bit more. It also gives the beef a chance to reabsorb some of the juices, making it more tender.
