Fill up your freezer with all the beef from a half or whole steer!

Half: $3,000

Whole: $6,000

This covers all costs, including butchering, dry-aging, cutting and vacuum sealing, etc.

One of our steers yields approximately 440 lbs. of beef (220 for a half). They include the following cuts:
